Due to Covid-19's impact on our business we have closed our tasting room located in Greenport, NY and moved closer to our production facility in Southold.


We've partnered with our sister company, One Woman Winery, to bring you our spirits available at their Southold Tasting Room.
As per their policy, absolutely no groups over six people will be accommodated, no buses and no limos.

Bottles available for purchase. Our signature craft cocktails are available Friday to Sunday 12pm to 5pm (weather dependent). Samples of our spirits are available as well with tastings flights to be available in 2023.

A drive for crafting fantastic beverages from local ingreidents, North Fork Spirits was born out of the necessity to keep One Woman Winery going forward after a few less than stellar vintages. What's the answer for when life gives you less than stellar grapes? Make grappa!

North Fork Spirits what started by Gabriella Purita with inspiration from her father, Frank and her maternal grandfather's passion for all the truly fantastic expressions of spirits in the world. After distilling a grappa to keep the business going, Gabriella found a passion in testing out small recipes to cultivate unique and exquisite spirits. From bourbon to grappa to amaro - if our ingredients aren't sourced from our farm we source them from throughout New York State.

For the love of the port town, that was quite different when she was growing up. Gabriella wanted to craft spirits that would engage the senses and bring back memories from this sailing and fisherman's village. Greenport Distilling features our bourbon, vodka and gin; all crafted with a unique coastal flair.

A few less than stellar vintages could ruin a family run vineyard quite easily. Instead of releasing wines that would not meet their quality standards Gabriella convinced Claudia to allow her to distill the grapes into grappa. A spirit closely linked to almost every family celebration and a symbol of their Italian roots. With multiple single varietal and mixed varietal types, One Woman grappa is a great introduction into this classic Italian drink.
